Bounty Hunting
Got a rival who keeps killing you? Put a price on their head. The bounty system turns
open-world PK into a contract: post silver against a name, and any hunter who
tracks them down and lands the killing blow collects the reward.
Everything runs through Sunfer, the bounty broker, in Twin City.
Posting a bounty
- Talk to Sunfer and choose Post a bounty. Name the target (they don't even have to be
online) and the amount. - The minimum bounty is 100,000 silver, paid up front and non-refundable.
- Only one bounty per target at a time — you can't pile on someone already wanted.
Hunting the wanted
- Choose Show me the wanted board to see every active contract, then take one.
- You may only hold one contract at a time — accepting a new one releases your old one,
and logging out forfeits the contract (it goes back on the board for anyone). - Hunt the target down in the open world and get the kill. You collect 70% of the
bounty; Sunfer keeps the other 30% as his fee.
Clearing the price on your head
Wanted yourself? Sunfer can make it disappear — for double the bounty amount. The
poster gets nothing back; that's their problem.
Bounties are PvP. You can only collect by killing the target in an open (non-safe) zone —
see PK & PvP for where fighting is allowed.
